QUALITY CONTROL

Quality control and delivering excellence are paramount to Arc Electric’s philosophy. We value the reputation we have built, and protect it with a rigorous quality control process that has been refined across many projects.

In today’s competitive and fast-moving bid market, we cannot afford to re-do work tasks. Our company culture expects that all levels of staff are capable of completing tasks correctly the first time.

Project quality control is the responsibility of the project foreman and superintendents. They are empowered to terminate the employment of any employee for quality of work issues.

At the project outset, the project manager and foreman work together to compile a schedule/log for required testing to be completed either in house or using a third party resource. The foreman is responsible for scheduling man hours and utilization of sub-contractor manpower as needed to complete testing on time.

When the project manager is on site they review the installation progress and make sure the quality level meets company standards. They are also responsible for reviewing the testing log to ensure the process is completed per policy, and documented for appropriate project close out documents.
