Arc Electric’s approach on projects that require preconstruction services includes utilizing the construction team for the preconstruction activities. This approach affords a smooth transition from preconstruction to construction. This allows for an integrated and early start on construction activities during the preconstruction phase, and ensures that no details are missed in the transition from preconstruction to construction.
